The 2016 joint meeting between the Virginia Chapter – AFS and the North Carolina Chapter AFS have released the program for this month’s event.
The program is filled full of incredible talks – both professional and student research oriented. There is also a catfish symposium (watch those spines – they can hurt), a Dan River symposium (nasty, nasty stuff!!), and an Atlantic Slopes Mollusk Group meeting (they have big mussels). There will be poster presentations (who doesn’t like a colorful poster with the usual “beverages”), business meetings (where all the unlucky folks who did not attend get signed up for committees) and everyone’s favorite — SOCIALS!!!!! (comes with your own table diving entertainment).
